Devastation

Today at my OB appointment there was no heartbeat on the ultrasound. I am still in shock at this point. I would like to ask for no phone calls, I will post when I am ready to receive calls.

I came upon this scripture awhile back in the NLT and was very struck by it. It seems very appropriate today:

20 I will never forget this awful time,
as I grieve over my loss.
21 Yet I still dare to hope
when I remember this:

22 The faithful love of the Lord never ends!
His mercies never cease.
23 Great is his faithfulness;
his mercies begin afresh each morning.

    Please know I am here for you if you want to talk, or need anything. I would love to bring you a meal or anything that might comfort you, maybe go to the commissary so you won't have to. Just let me know.Dan and I are praying for you and John, our hearts are so heavy for you guys.

    Becky, I'm an IF friend of Wendi's. Please grieve. Please don't apologize for grieving and please know many of us will NOT forget your child. I have angels up there dancing with yours!

    One thing: He will Deliver you. When I can't say, how I can't say, but your time is coming. Hang on.
